Can I get into Syracuse University with my record?

I have a 2.88 gpa unweighted and a 3.2 weighted. Took some AP classes and honors.My ACT score is 32. I volunteered at a old folks home and coached a little league soccer team (which won the championship).I recieved many awards at my school’s technology department two years straight. I play 5 instruments. guitar,bass, drums, piano, harmonica and a little bit of trumpet so thats technically six. Im hispanic in a low income family. And Im a good track and cross country athlete who made state in track and regionals in cross country(not sure if that matters though). Is this good enough for Syracuse?
I have a list of schools i wanna apply too very badly starting from my favorites.

- University of Texas (Austin)
- University of Wisconsin (Madison)
- University of Miami
- University of Washington
- University of Illinois (Home state)
Could i be good enough for any of these schools?

I also volunteered for reconstruction projects in New Orleans.

I think Syracuse is definitely a ‘target’ school. All the other ones are too–except UW Madison, which might be a liiiitle more of a reach. But you have a good ACT score, you took high level classes, and it sounds like you’ve been really involved in the community.
Be sure to play up your race (sorry that sounds horrible) and your awards and your community service.
